A Wekiva Kayaking Adventure Like None Other
1.5 - 2 Hours
Ages 6+
No Pets
My kayak tours are capped at 6 kayaks per tour, perfect for families and smaller groups!
If you are looking to get away from the crowds, this tour is for you!
Come join me on the lower Wekiva River, where we will see Florida at its most natural. In this ecosystem we will see flora and possibly wildlife including birds, turtles, otters, deer, and maybe an alligator. This river is part of the St. Johns River which is the largest river in Florida so we do have a possibility of seeing the occasional manatee also. We’ll take an hour long journey up stream, and I’ll point out all the exciting nature there is along the way, and then we’ll float back down to the launch point.
The Wekiva River is located just a few miles off of I-4, near Lake Mary and Orlando. This river is Central Florida’s favorite aquatic ecosystem! I’ve been been guiding these tours for years; so, I can show you all the hidden spots where wildlife can be found. Wekiva kayaking is an experience that will leave you feeling alive like never before!
